I offer personalized, in-home bodywork throughout the Santa Barbara area. A travel fee may apply depending on location. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include therapeutic bodywork, support with trying to conceive, prenatal massage, postpartum care, craniosacral-informed techniques, abdominal massage, lymphatic work, and nervous system regulation.

Before You Book

- Please include your address when booking
- Hands-on bodywork begins approximately 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to allow for setup, intake, and discussion of your needs

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
